A large light mint green sinamay looped fascinator with decorative feathers. This stunning mint green fascinator has a fabulous swirl looped design and several matching mint tone feathers. The fascinator can be worn as a clip or a headband, both of which are provided. These can be slid into the underside of the fascinator through an elastic attachment that keeps the headpiece securely in place. Fascinator measures at 29x22cm
