Our beautiful navy fascinator with a triple flower design in the centre and mesh loops. This fascinator has a rounded mesh base featuring three mesh flowers, mesh loops and matching coloured feathers. It can be worn as a headband or clipped in, both the clip and the band can be slid onto the underside of the fascinator through an elastic attachment that keeps the headpiece securely in place. Both the clip and matching colour headband are supplied. Fascinator measures approximately 20x20cm
