Red Bow Fascinator With Black Spikey Feathers This fascinator is in a pretty bow shape consisting of red mesh loops and decorative black spikey feathers. It can be worn as a headband or a clip which can both be slid onto the underside of the fascinator through an elastic attachment that keeps the headpiece securely in place.
