Stunning Navy fascinator with a sinamay flower, curls and feathers. This fascinator consists of a sinamay disc with a sinamay flower and curls. The fascinator also has pretty matching feathers. It can be worn as a headband or a clip which can both be slid onto the underside of the fascinator through an elastic attachment that keeps the headpiece securely in place.
