Black Bow Fascinator With Gold Diamond Feathers This fascinator is in a pretty bow design consisting of black mesh loops and decorative gold diamond cut feathers. The fascinator can be worn as a headband or a clip-in, which can both be slid onto the underside of the fascinator through an elastic attachment that keeps the headpiece securely in place.
