Black and Lime Green Feather Fascinator With Pretty Flower This Fascinator can be worn with either a clip or a headband, both are provided. It is made from sinamay, a lightweight and durable material used in millinery. The front of the fascinator is decorated with a black sinamay flower surrounded by loops, above that is a beautiful arrangement of black and lime green feathers, giving it a wonderful pop of colour.
