Navy and Cerise Pink Loop Bow Fascinator This fascinator is in a pretty bow shape consisting of navy mesh loops and decorative cerise pink diamond tip feathers. It can be worn as a headband or a clip which can both be slid onto the underside of the fascinator through an elastic attachment that keeps the headpiece securely in place.
