A striking Black and Red bow shape fascinator with loops and feathers This fascinator is in a pretty bow shape consisting of black mesh loops and decorative red and black feathers. It can be worn as a headband or a clip which can both be slid onto the underside of the fascinator through an elastic attachment that keeps the headpiece securely in place.
