Green With Cream Loop Bow Fascinator This fascinator is in a pretty bow shape consisting of loops and decorative feathers. The fascinator is lightweight and comfortable to wear all day. It can be worn as a headband or a clip which can both be slid onto the underside of the fascinator through an elastic attachment that keeps the headpiece securely in place.
