Vintage raised velvet hat with green velvet brim detail

This green hat is absolutely a delight! I Love the detailing of the swirled fabric on top and the amazing green velvet. Made on a green buckram frame and wired edge of the brim. Hat is Chic and elegant. VINTAGE 1960’s HAT. The  front brim measures 3 and 1/8″ and the back of the hat measures 1 inch. The stunning part if the fabric! A raised velvet fabric in a leaf motif.  No label and in good vintage condition. Headsize is small, about 20.5-21 inches.Remember,  back then the hats were small because head sizes were small!In good vintage condition and looks amazing on! All vintage items are a final sale due to the nature of this item.  All vintage items are “as is” due to the age of some of these items.
