Vintage blue feathered hat from 1960’s by Piko of Paris France

This beauty is absolutely a delight. The vintage  hat  is made in a furfelt black base with blue feathers around it. The feathers have a very thin netting over top of the feathers. It is a percher styled hat and the designer is PIKO of Paris France.  Hat is Chic and elegant. Late 1950’s early 1960’s. Side to side it measures 10.5 ” and front to back measures 9″. Remember,  back then the hats were small because head sizes were small!In good vintage condition and looks amazing on! All vintage items are a final sale due to the nature of this item.  All vintage items are “as is” due to the age of some of these items.
