This beauty is absolutely a delight! I Love the detailing of the silk chiffon rosettes with the netting. The hat is a percher style made on a wire frame that is covered in black velvet. Hat is Chic and elegant. Late 1950’s percher style. Side to side it measures 11 ” and front to back measures 8″. Some small holes in a few spots of the netting…this is due to age. Other than that its a stunner!Remember, back then the hats were small because head sizes were small!In good vintage condition and looks amazing on!
