Vintage fabric flowers and chiffon tubing detail 1960’s hat by M’sieu Leon

This pretty vintage  hat is made of a full floral fabric detail with amazing green stiffened chiffon tubing around the flowers in white.  Hat is Chic and elegant. 1960’s, and made on  a buckram frame. The hat will fit 21-21.5 inch headsize, back then the hats were small because head sizes were small.In good vintage condition and looks amazing on!
